The DNC being too nice to the Repubs

I hope I misunderstand.

Two resolutions before the Democratic National Committee:

1. “The first resolution would block dirty money interventions in our* primaries by stopping billionaire super PACs from flooding races with attack ads and big-money endorsements to force out working-class candidates.” (1)
“our” applies to the Democratic National Committee only.
A DNC resolution does not apply to Repubs. We do need to get dark money out of all primaries. We need to get it out of Republican and Democratic primaries. This DNC resolution is worse than a waste of paper. We would be tying our own hands.
2. “A charter change proposed by DNC Chair Ken Martin would codify the no superdelegates rule that we’ve been championing since Bernie’s run in 2016 – putting it in the charter to ensure that voters actually get to decide our candidate, not party insiders.” (1)
Again, is the Republican Party charter going to be changed? If not, we are just weakening our position.
Conclusion: I love the Democratic Party because they work for all the people. They are nice people with fair ambitions for the well being of all residents.
But they are not strong enough to defend against others who will use shady and illegal procedures to win elected posts.
These will not be resolutions of my Party.
Remember Mitch McConnell? He taught us to just say “no” when other people are doing things that would only help a little bit. We have to stop being accommodating when other people will use it like compound interest — a small 7% change will result in a 100% change in ten short years. We can be nice by making it only a 7% change in our favor. Everything for our country is long term.
Trumpism is not nice. Everyday it works hard to extract wealth from the people and nothing else. It will not slow down because we are nice.
