If a person enters my city and claims they are here to enforce my laws without their being on the city payroll, they are impersonating a city police officer and will be arrested. If there are several offenders, the city will find temporary quarters or a tent city. My city is patrolled by my police. Interlopers are invaders and not authorized to enforce anything in my police’s jurisdiction.
